IT Vendor Manager - Overview

As the IT Vendor Manager responsible for Service Delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring the business achieves excellence in IT Service Management through managing the relationship with the business internally and third-party suppliers, ensuring that the service meets the business expectations.

IT Vendor Manager - Requirements

• Experience managing Contracts and Vendors.
• Strong Communication/Stakeholder Management.
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Experience of managing third parties and third party delivered services.
• ITIL qualified.
• Experience working within the public sector and service delivery background would be beneficial
• Experience managing vast number of suppliers and contracts.
