Job description
Please see attached JD and PS. On reaching 8a: Direct assessment and formulation work with complex service users. Provide clinical supervision to more junior team members and other members of the MDT. Lead on psychologically informed team formulation. Contribute to QIPs, relevant audits, and research on ward. Deliver psychologically informed training.
