We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Co-ordinator to provide an excellent operational support service at a senior level at Walsall Arena and Arts Centre.
As someone who has the confidence and motivation to work on your own initiative you will also work as part of a team and require excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Your role will include:
- To support the Senior Management team on all aspects of operational development and delivery at a senior level
- To act as duty manager on a regular basis, to include evenings and weekends, taking responsibility for the premises operation, staff and customers
- To assist with programming for performances/events
- To lead on the development of conferences/room hire business
For this role:
- Significant experience of operational management of large-capacity leisure/entertainment facilities
- Diploma in Operations/Business Management or equivalent
- First Aid at Work (qualification to be attained within the first 6 months of employment)
- Managing safely qualification (qualification to be attained within the first 12 months of employment)
