We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our supply team wot work with an SEN school in Southampton.
As an SEN teacher, you will have a crucial role in supporting and educating students with special educational needs, ensuring they have equal access to education and opportunities to reach their full potential. You will work closely and other professionals to work with their personalised learning plans and to provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, you will utilize your knowledge and expertise to adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the individual needs of each student and promote their social, emotional, and academic development.
You will also collaborate with colleagues to implement the strategies for promoting positive behavior management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students who may face a variety of learning challenges, We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and empathetic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in SEN and relevant qualifications such as a degree in Special Education or a PGCE with a specific SEN focus would be highly desirable.
