Applications are invited for the position of a Builder in the Estates Department.
Working as part of our Maintenance Services team you will be undertaking a variety of planned and reactive maintenance work across the Estate ensuring that buildings and external areas are maintained to provide a safe, efficient and functional environment for all Campus users.
The role is responsible for carrying out a variety of building maintenance work which includes:
Plastering
Tiling
Paving
Brick and block work
Roof and gutter repairs
Minor underground drainage repairs
Stud walling
Painting & decorating
We are looking for an individual who has experience of working in a similar role and can organise their own workload and meet deadlines.
