* Working closely with classroom teachers to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning abilities.
* Developing and implementing tailored learning strategies to meet individual student needs.
* Offering emotional support and encouragement to build students' self-confidence.
* Assisting with classroom activities, projects, and assessments.
* Observing and reporting on student progress to the teaching staff.
* Collaborating with other support staff to create a cohesive support system.
