Your Mission:
As our Marketing Executive, you will have a base knowledge across the T-shaped marketer framework and be ultimately responsible for building brand awareness, attraction and lead demand generation, leading to new client bookings, delight (referrals), retention activities and reactivation of past clients through your marketing foundation skills and harnessing your channel expertise.
What does a typical day look like?
Use your base knowledge to research, design, brand, position and deliver the right messaging to our target audience through a storytelling approach that helps people find us, hooks and keeps attention and drives demand generation by assisting them in deciding to use our service faster than they usually would.
You will work across multiple aspects of marketing, including leading, planning, execution and optimisation of the marketing plan across different channels. Delivering all activity within an agreed budget to get our message through to the market and provide value to consumers that, as a result, generates a steady stream of leads and new clients through demand generation.
This will include being the mastermind behind our marketing foundation across multimedia channels. This will include copywriting, design, a/b testing, video, statistics, analytics, performance, funnel marketing and customer experience. Deliver your channel expertise across business development, community, CRO, email, events, content marketing, SEO, multimedia, paid Ads, partnerships, PR and social media.
You will shape the identity of our marketing, unleashing your creativity to develop content ideas, formats and promotional plans that hook and keep attention and increase demand generation, leading to an increase in leads and new clients for our family chiropractic health centre.
You will be working to create marketing assets to follow up on inquiries and book new clients to schedule health appointments, check in with our existing client base, send out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company's database.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so the right candidate must be honest, intelligent, and passionate about empowering people and starting their journey to move freely, feel better, and live more.
What You'll Do:
- Organise, collaborate, source and present campaign materials for the clinic.
- Events planning and management for business development to drive prospective new clients (in-house/externally) and retention through community events.
- Research, monitor data and analyse the performance of marketing programs to guide current and future strategies.
- SEO Content writing and video marketing that makes us stand out dominate the first-page ranking of search results for our target keywords that attract our ideal clients.
- Repurpose our content across multimedia channels to get more eyeballs on your amazing content. (email, podcast, social media, multimedia, partnership, PR, community)
- Execute social media strategy by scheduling, publishing and monitoring all social media content across various platforms. Reviewing and updating content plans according to market trends, feedback and analytic insights.
- Create and run performance-based marketing campaigns and paid digital advertising across Google pay-per-click and social media platforms to generate hot leads and new clients focusing on ROI.
- Build relationships with influencers, thought leaders, industry experts, and PR, propelling our brand to new heights through collaborative partnerships.
- Manage and keep the company website updated.
- Serve as a point of contact between the marketing team and in-house or freelance designers and video editors.
- Provide straightforward design and editing briefs to deliver compelling visuals for our marketing campaigns across email and multimedia.
- Review, proof, and approve final designs and video content.
- Extract, capture, document, organise and improve company marketing processes.
What will you bring?
- Able to commute and work in Poole at our head office (must)
- A Marketing degree, CIM Qualification or business qualification Level 4 or above
- 3 years + of experience in a similar role, with a focus on marketing foundation and a variety of channel expertise to drive demand generation.
- Knowledge of behaviour psychology, storytelling, data & analytics, research, design & UX, branding & positioning.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- You will use tools such as Google Suite software, Adobe, canvas, WordPress, HubSpot CRM, semrush, Google Ads, social media platforms, basecamp, and Process St.
- Nice to have: video production or audio production skills, graphic or web design skills, and Adobe Creative Suite experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills. You effectively triage, prioritize tasks and accomplish all required work on time with a do-what-ever-it-takes attitude.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a highly analytical mind (lover of data) to help us constantly evolve and improve.
