Due to growth, we have a new opportunity available for an Area Sales Manager, working for a company based in Kimbolton, where you will be covering the Cambridgeshire area.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
As the Area Sales Manager you will be working for an award winning independent furniture dealer, who provide consultancy, procurement and installation services to all market sectors and businesses. They offer design led and inspiring workspaces that transform the way businesses work, providing the best possible solutions for their clients. As the Area Sales Manager you will be covering the geographical area of Cambridgeshire and will mostly be on the road, with some office and home-based work too. You will be responsible for developing key business relationships, ensuring the company achieves the planned level of sales and gross profit within the commercial furniture market. Your role will include working to agreed targets and a sales plan, positive promotion of the business, lead generation, identifying sales opportunities, meeting prospective clients face to face and winning sales orders.
To be considered for the Area Sales Manager you will need…
To live in Cambridgeshire or to have strong knowledge of the area.
To hold a full UK driving licence.
Previous experience in a similar Area Sales role.
Experience of converting new business and working to targets.
Exceptional communication skills.
If you have worked within the furniture industry it would be highly beneficial.
Creativity, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Positive and calm under pressure.
