Your future employer is looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to join them in North London, to grow, develop and lead the new marketing team. The company has seen some impressive growth year-on-year, and are looking to develop a marketing team in-house to lead all of their projects and strategies moving forwards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some previous management experience, or someone who is looking to take a step-up into a future managers role.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience on: SEO, PPC, Agency Management, Strategy, Lead Generation, and B2B Marketing Campaigns. Given the nature of the role, a competitive salary of £35,000 plus quarterly incentives/bonuses is on offer, with OTE being circa £40,000 per annum. There is some flexibility for the position to be hybrid, but due to the development of the business, the position would be required to be in 4 days a week (on average).

The duties of the Marketing Manager:

• Manage social media, working alongside an agency to increase media presence
• Create and manage content
• Drive and manage lead generation through PPC and SEO
• Managing the marketing agency working alongside them initially
• Update, improve and implement changes on the company website
• Develop the use of CRM across the sales teams, measuring all leads and ROI
• Assisting other members of the business in developing presentations for potential business
• Building email campaigns for a range of services
• Using lists and data to create marketing campaigs
• Analysing data following campaigns to make improvements on future campaigns
• Keeping up to date with trends on social media, bringing in forward thinking ideas and develop the company brand

Required experience of the Marketing Manager:

• 2 years of experience in a marketing executive role
• Strong knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics ideally)
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• A willingness to learn and not be afraid to try new things

Due to the nature of the role, previous experience in a Marketing role, with B2B experience is essential.
