The Role:

This role will drive new business within a sales development role centred on supporting our growing agile MSP. This role will be based in the office, with occasional travel to key locations, the New Business Sales Executive will handle the entire consultative, 360 sales lifecycle from generating leads to closing business. This role works closely with and reports to the Managing Director.

⦁ Generate new business leads and develop a sustained pipeline of clients

⦁ Manage the sale of fully managed IT services inclusive of IT support, cloud, cyber, connectivity and telecoms solutions

⦁ Lead high-contact services with potential clients, build personal relationships and lead executive introductions

⦁ Accurately capture and understand customer requirements, engaging in discovery sessions, and developing fit-for- purpose solutions based on customer pain points and needs

⦁ Conduct networking, email, and phone campaigns, F2F video and in person meetings and presentations

⦁ Maximise revenue through timely quotations and proposals for new clients

⦁ Follow up on all quotations and proposals, and capitalise on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities

⦁ Adept at delivering clear, precise information understood by technical and non-technical audiences

⦁ Contribution to sales strategic planning, both short-term and long-term working alongside the Managing Director

Requirements

⦁ 5 year’s experience in a similar role for an MSP, Telecoms, or IT company

⦁ Capability to manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to sales activation

⦁ Working knowledge of product and service sales within the tech industry

⦁ Experience in quickly assimilating and delivering impact in a driven business

⦁ Ability to use emotive selling methodologies with premium customers

⦁ Self-starter attitude able to generate leads and nurture the sales pipeline

⦁ An ability to buy into a ‘people over product’ sales mentality in selling solutions

⦁ Strength to support customers throughout a high-touch sales lifecycle

⦁ Superb customer relations skills from initial contact to building strong relationships

⦁ Strong presentation skills, specifically presenting around products and services

⦁ Accurate and timely administration skills for processing sales on systems

Benefits

⦁ £50,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience + uncapped commission

⦁ 20 days + Bank Holidays Leave Entitlement
