Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a roadmap, prioritised by value, with accompanying business cases for the 2025 proposals.
- Data Governance: Comply with data governance frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure the quality, integrity, and security of manufacturing data throughout its life cycle.
- Data Analysis: Analyse manufacturing data and information flows to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Predictive Analytics: Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to historical manufacturing data to identify patterns, trends, and predictive insights for proactive decision-making.
- Information Modelling: Develop information models, taxonomies, and ontologies to organize and structure manufacturing data for effective utilization and analysis.
- Integration Planning: Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to design and implement data integration strategies for connecting disparate manufacturing systems and sensors.
- Plan and facilitate Autonomous Manufacturing opportunity workshop, share expert cross-industry insight, and develop value proposition and business case.
- Develop a completed reference architecture that provides a blueprint for new strategic greenfield sites and considers the existing sites and how' they should transition towards the target reference architecture.
Key skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain data strategy.
- Industry 4.0 uses case data strategy experience, eg digital twin implementation.
- Knowledge of Data Mesh, Data Products, Universal Name Space integration data strategy.
