Job description

A beautiful special needs school in Brent are looking for teaching assistants to join their team, to support children in key stage 1 and 2.

About the school:
- Special needs all-through school
- Supports children with Autism
- Friendly and supportive team and engaging curriculum

About the job:
- Supporting key stage 1 or 2
- 1:1 role
- Monday - Friday // 8.30-3.30

About you:
- Experience working with children and/or people with special needs essential
- Knowledge of autism advantageous (PECS/Makaton - non-verbal communication)
- Available on a long-term full-time basis
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to develop good relationships with the children you are working with
- Have an enhanced DBS on the update service
