Express Recruitment are proud to be continuing our partnership with one of the UK’s fastest growing companies. Due to continuous financial growth, our client requires the addition of a Shift Flow Room Technical Specialist to assist with the 24/7 running of their state-of-the-art automated warehouse operation.

In return, you will receive a basic starting salary of £29,000 + shift premium. Other benefits include pension, staff discount, internal training, and genuine opportunities for future career progression.

Please note this is a shift working position, with hours consisting of 12-hour days/nights on a four on/four off basis (6am-6pm & 6pm-6am). In return, you will receive a shift premium of £1,700 in addition to the basic salary.

• Support with the daily flow room operations and running of newly implemented systems
• Identify any trending issues and report faults to appropriate stakeholder to ensure a smooth resolution
• Recommend ideas and processes to increase operation efficiency
• Work with set KPIs, ensuring functional product flow to achieve required targets
• Analyse product flow system data to monitor expected performance and to identify potential target issues

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar, fast paced automated warehouse environment
• Demonstrable IT literacy skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite and SCADA control systems highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills , able to collaborate with various stakeholders across multiple departments
• Previous experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving tools
• Must be analytically minded with a demonstrable level of attentiveness
