As an approachable and proactive team player, with an organised and efficient approach to work, you will play a vital role in assisting to promote quality throughout the business. This role involves assisting the Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Coordinator with day-to-day activities and providing administrative support relevant to the Quality Management System.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Producing weekly and monthly reports for the QA & Compliance team
- Assisting with diary management and setting up meetings
- Administration of completed internal audits
- Monitoring team inbox and directing queries as appropriate
- Conducting internal QA audits across the business
- Create and circulate bi-monthly team meeting minutes
- Raise purchase orders
- Assist with preparation and formatting of documentation for team members
- Administration of online portals and ensuring compliance
- Administration of business wide compliance e-learning platform
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels of business
- Proficient knowledge and demonstrable experience with all MS Office suite
- Good at problem solving with a ‘get it done’ attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience of administering management systems preferable
