Job description
Our client is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team. Role: Someone who is currently working in TSCP or similar role would be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Collation of data for internal and regulatory reporting. MLRO function. Working on Risk framework. Risk reviews and screening. Reviewing the wider Groups daily screening alerts. Support on AML/KYC matters meeting internal and regulatory requirements. Evaluating and improving internal controls, processes, and procedures. Assessing how risk management is operating within the business making recommendations for improvement including measures to increase compliance and governance where required. Providing guidance, assurance support and recommendations for the improvement of policies and processes within the business. Key Skills and Experience: Relevant qualifications and experience dealing with the above functions.
