Are you an ambitious individual with Court of Protection experience seeking to elevate your legal career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a leading firm in central Manchester, working alongside experts in the Court of Protection field.
As a Court of Protection Paralegal, you will offer support to a busy team, assisting with a caseload for individuals who lack the mental capacity to manage their own property and affairs or to make decisions about their welfare. You main duties will consist of making payments and maintaining financial records to engaging in daily communication with a diverse spectrum of stakeholders, including clients, case managers, family members, and professionals. Stepping into a pivotal role, you'll contribute to tasks ranging from insuring properties & vehicles to assisting with house purchases, budgets and cashflows. This firm are seeking an individual with effective communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work towards billing targets.
