Job description
Well-established law firm in Darlington are seeking a confident and personable Commercial Property Paralegal to join their expanding team.
You will be required to assist Commercial Property Solicitors in the department on a variety of tasks.
You will need:
• At least 12 months experience in a similar role, assisting on a commercial property caseload.
• You must be computer literate and be able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team.
• You need to be precise in your work and have exceptional client care skills.
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with a range of people from all backgrounds and work as a team member.
Salary negotiable on experience. Excellent long-term career prospects, leading to a training contract, after a qualifying period, for the right person.
