The Brand Team at Bluebella are integral to our brand success. They are responsible for creating consistent and compelling product and brand storytelling, raising brand awareness through inspiring content and campaigns.
The Brand Team creates a community of advocates – through earned and owned marketing channels and using Press and Influencers to attract new customers and retain existing.
We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic Social and Content Marketing Assistant to support our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will be friendly and organised, skilled at balancing multiple projects. The role reports to our Senior Social Media Executive, who will support you whilst you are given the opportunity to grow your skills.
Key Objective
The Social & Content Marketing Assistant will support the in-house marketing team to grow the Bluebella business and brand.
Responsibilities
Social Media:
- Support the Senior Social Media Executive to maintain Bluebella’s key social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Assist in the coordination and execution of social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and product launches
- Schedule content across all our key social channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media
- Support with cross channel community management, driving engagement with our customers and followers by responding to social media queries, redirecting online conversations to customer service where applicable and encouraging conversation in the community
- Support with campaign and KPI reporting, pulling relevant and meaningful data around key metrics (performance, growth, engagement, and revenue) and maintaining data records by monitoring social media analytics to track the performance of campaigns
- Support the Senior Social & Content Executive with social media content planning
- Help maintain the marketing calendar with a very a high attention to detail
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate relevant strategies to keep the brand's online presence fresh and innovative
Content:
- Support the Senior Social Media Executive with content creation and production
- Support and assist at Campaign shoots.
General:
- Any other reasonable requests from the business to support the Brand Marketing function
Skills & Experience:
- Graduate, preferably in Marketing
- Experience in a similar social media or digital marketing capacity
- A creative thinker, culturally aware, with a great eye for quality content
- Excellent communication skills, both written and in person
- Understanding of key social networks, nuances and algorithms
- Experience with reporting and using data to develop, track and deliver KPIs
- Experience with scheduling tools, e.g. Later
- Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint
- Some experience of using Asana
- Proactive in taking the initiative to deliver results
- High attention to detail
- Good social skills with ability to work and communicate across different internal departments.
- Multi-tasker and highly organized
- Friendly and personable, a team player
