Location: Hybrid - Ocassional travel to Northampton when required, likely to be once every 2 weeks, could be less depending on business needs

Contract: 12 months maternity cover 

Salary: up to £32,000

Hours: 37.5 

This role is to support our CRM Manager, ensuring the timely delivery of all marketing communications and integrated CRM campaign activities. 

We are looking for someone who possess practical marketing skills as this is something we will require, including hands-on experience with CRM, and who has worked extensively with segmentation . Additionally, it would greatly benefit our test plans to have someone who is proficient in HTML/CSS to provide support.

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience in a marketing role
• Excellent communication skills which will include ability to produce concise and self-explanatory reports using raw data
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and remotely
• Proactive in prioritising own workload, and managing activities to meet deadlines
• Great eye for detail as copy checking and proof reading will be a regular requirement for this position
• Competency with use of Adobe, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Understanding of online and offline marketing channels and how they work together and independently
• Previous experience in regulated environment
