As a Recruitment Consultant/ Business Development Executive, you’ll:

• Cultivate strong client relationships to fulfill their needs and explore additional opportunities
• Drive business development through scheduling and attending face-to-face appointments, as well as proactively contacting prospective clients
• Source talented candidates through CV job boards and our existing database
• Craft and publish compelling job advertisements
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments via telephone screening and in-person meetings
• Register candidates on our user-friendly online portal and conduct face-to-face registrations
• Utilize our comprehensive training and support to gain expertise in recruitment and the transport industry
• Manage general administration tasks, including accurate data entry of candidate and client information
• Collaborate within a team to swiftly fill vacancies and deliver exceptional customer service, including answering calls, emails, and making outbound calls

• While previous recruitment or resourcing experience is advantageous, it’s not essential as full training will be provided
• Prior telesales or business development experience, particularly within the logistics industry, is a plus
• A genuine interest in connecting with and supporting people
• Access to your own transportation for client meetings

Salary and Holiday:

• Generous base salary, with the potential to earn uncapped commission ( OTE £30,000+)
