KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct compliance assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance
- Develop and implement compliance programs tailored to specific client needs
- Provide guidance and training to clients on compliance policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance goals are met
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports
- Conduct risk assessments and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies
- Handle compliance inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive compliance records and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Good academic background
- Willing to work towards a recognised qualification
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance best practices
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools
