Job description

As an ASPIRE graduate in our Group HR team, year one will involve you rotating around a number of our operational functions as well as a selection of Group functions that will support your understanding of the wider business . You'll also tackle live projects, as well as learning on a day to day basis.

Year two will see you specialising in your chosen area, to enable you to build practical and relevant skills, getting involved in longer term projects and gaining in depth knowledge of the Health & Wellbeing function. You will gain exposure to a number of activities and work programmes focused on enhancing the health and wellbeing of our people, with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the health and wellbeing of our entire organisation supporting our business wide purpose and values.

In addition to the rotational element of the scheme, graduates will also benefit from opportunities to undertake in voluntary activities, the option to study for professional qualifications and will undertake a series of development modules including leadership, communication, project management, presentations and performance management.

Throughout the programme, you will enjoy a tailored development plan with clear milestones, feedback and formal mentoring from your Head of Function. You'll also benefit from a support network of fellow graduates.
