Sales / Senior Negotiator
Salary: £25,000 - 27,000 + Commission
Location: Exeter
Hours: 8:45am-6pm and rotational Saturday 9am -1pm

Reporting to: Sales Branch Manager
Close liaison with: Branch Manager, Listers, Associates, Other Sales Negotiators

Summary
Individually responsible for achieving and exceeding your Sales target by providing a professional and knowledgeable service to both new and existing customers. Accountable for contributing to maximising the revenue target of the branch, in order that the branch reaches its fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify new and existing opportunities to drive residential sales business.
• Qualify potential buyers and conducts polite and effective accompanied property viewings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of residential properties.
• Strive to convert every residential sales opportunity, demonstrating a commitment to maximising value for clients.
• Possess a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in the buying and selling process of residential properties within the local market, including a keen awareness of conveyancing procedures.
• Fully comprehend the unique needs of residential customers and consistently works to meet or exceed those expectations.
• Demonstrate versatility and positivity in developing and managing customer relationships specific to residential sales, ensuring a high standard of communication throughout the entire sales process.
• Actively refer business opportunities across teams, departments, and services to maximize residential sales potential.
• Exceed the branch budget by maximizing revenue streams related to residential sales and cultivates a collaborative 'Team Sales' attitude focused on residential properties.
• Adheres to all systems, procedures, and best practices specific to residential sales, as laid down by Chase Buchanan.
• Ensure that all activities related to residential sales are in compliance with national laws, regulations, and Chase Buchanan operating policies, processes, and systems.
• Maintain a keen market awareness, develops a local network, and identifies and nurtures new and existing target areas specifically within the residential sales market.
• Contribute to a dynamic working environment where individuals continuously develop others and themselves in the realm of residential sales excellence
