Job description
Are you an experienced Senior Care Assistant looking for a change?
Here at Aaron Crest we are looking for a full time day Senior Care assistant and a part time Night Senior Care Assistant.
We are a 65 bedded Nursing Home specilaising in elderly care, you must have a L3 qualification in Health and Social Care and be a proactive leader.
You will be responsible for -
Administering medications
Stock control of medicines
Ordering Medicines
Liaising with MDT's
Writing personalised care plans
Leading the floor
Allocation of staff
Support and development with Staff
Partaking in and sometimes leading meetings
End of life care
As a Senior you will be working alongside the Clinical Lead and/or a RGN.
