Responsibilities:

1. Create and manage diverse strategic supplier partnerships that drive enterprise value with innovation, best cost, and competitive advantages.
2. Execute strategic plans regionally.
3. Develop and maintain the supplier relationship.
4. Supplier selection and management, contract negotiation, supply chain optimization, and risk mitigation.
5. Act as a point of escalation for the purchasing team.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for the sourcing of direct and indirect materials.
2. Execution of global supply strategies.
3. Optimize key supplier performance and innovation.
4. Drive cost savings through effective strategies and negotiations.

Qualifications/Skills:

1. BA, BS, or equivalent experience in related field.
2. Senior Buyer / Procurement Manager Experience.
3. Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred.
4. Project / process co-ordination experience.
5. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
