Are you an experienced Registered Manager who is looking for a new opportunity?

Do you specialise in learning disabilities and mental health?

One of my clients, a reputable care provider, are looking for an experienced Registered Manager for one of the small services they provide in Dover, as the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the service and will help lead a team of carers to provide the best standard of care for the residents.

The service itself, is a small residential care home specialising in learning disabilities, autism and mental health and currently has a Requires Improvement rating, it will be an important aspect of the chosen candidates job description to imporve these ratings.

Candidate Requirements:

- Registered Manager
- Learning diabilities specialist
- NVQ L5
- Good communication and leadership skills
