Commercial Property Solicitor
A Southampton office of a leading law firm has an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to work closely with Partners on a high quality and diverse case load providing an opportunity to work across sectors in all aspect of Commercial Property law. Clients include SME's, regional, national businesses as well as local government and public sector clients. The Commercial Property Solicitor will advise up sales, purchases, landlord and tenant, warranties, securities and development option agreements. The firm has an excellent reputation for providing a healthy work/life balance and offers hybrid working arrangements. The successful commercial property solicitor will possess at least 3 years PQE and have strong contract drafting experience including technical strengths across landlord and tenant and leases.
