Contract Manufacturing Manager
Hull, UK (Hybrid)
We are on the lookout for an expert Business Operations Manager to join our team and be responsible for the operational management of our contract manufacturing partners and finished goods suppliers to ensure stability of economics across our Advanced Wound Management (AWM) franchise.
You will achieve this by building and leading strong supplier relationships to ensure supply stability, cost-effectiveness, and product availability.
What will you be doing?
Ensure continuous product availability from suppliers to meet customer needs.
Build and maintain positive relationships with external suppliers.
Ensure stable supply chains, mitigate risks and implement continuous improvement.
Maintain and improve supplier performance with regular reviews.
Ensure suppliers are operating within compliance.
Ensure supplier contract adherence.
Lead finances and reduce costs through supply chain agility.
Plan for future capacity and engage in key projects.
Who are we looking for
Our successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related subject such as Business, Procurement or Supply Chain Management etc. They will have a proven record of 3rd-party supply chain contract management in a regulated industry and be able to demonstrate their ability in handling supplier relationships within a manufacturing/production environment.
