Job description
- Become an integral part of the senior team for a world leading manufacturer of bleeding edge technology!A global powerhouse within their field, this company have recently invested a factory of the future which is helping to revolutionize the industry. All teams are based under one roof, enabling cross-functional work, enhancing and optimizing the production process. You will ensure the product industrialisation team deliver new products on time, actin as an interface between multiple teams, including engineering, supply chain, quality and operations. You will need to look at why processes have failed, implementing matrix management of tooling engineering and new program buyers. Whilst there are no initial direct reports, you will need to have the ability to lead project teams. What are they looking for?
- Experience within a highly regulated, safety critical industry – aerospace, automotive, medical devices etc
- Manufacturing Engineering background with an understanding or NPI processes, applications or product engineering
- Personality: Can work under pressure with strong self-management and happy to lead small teams
