Job description
Salary: £45k - 50k per year + excellent benefits
Financial Accountant required for one of our established clients based in Chester. This is an exciting new role reporting directly to the Group Finance Manager and will be responsible for ensuring internal and external reporting is provided on time and to a high standard.
Duties & Responsibilities.
- To assist with the production of the Group consolidation and associated consolidated Statutory Accounts
- To assist with the production of Statutory Accounts for the Group companies
- Production of month end reporting of Group companies
- Production of month end finance reports
- To assist with external audit requirements
- To support the existing team with projects, other aspects of financial reporting and internal audit requirements
Skills & Knowledge;
- The ideal candidate will be either ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
- Must have a keen eye for detail and strong technical accounting skills
- Show an impressive attitude and not only take full responsibility for their duties but are enthusiastic to take on new challenges which will develop their own career
