Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner to join an Independent Financial Planning Firm whilst working from home.
This is an opportunity for someone that has paraplanning experience and is looking for a new position within a growing business. They offer an excellent salary alongside great benefits and are committed to ensuring your success within the industry.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Report writing and fact-finding
- Client Service whereby you’ll be the first contact for clients with any queries
- Prepare recommendations, you’ll complete and send documents, and application forms and compile suitability reports
- Compliance: Maintain client records and update them regularly to keep an effective audit trail. Ensuring company procedures are adhered to and are compliant with FSA regulations
- Collate and pre-populate new business and servicing forms as well as application packs
- Produce and issue client fee invoices
- Work alongside your colleagues, as this role is remote, you’ll need to be in regular communication with the administrators, compliance, and advisers

Skills and experience required:
- Experience as a paraplanner
- DipFA qualified or near qualified
- Direct IFA experience (ideally 3 yrs+) is desirable
- Experience liaising with clients and advisers
