Job description
n opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic 1-1 Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. The ideal applicant would be expected to effectively support and encourage one pupil (Year 8) to develop both inside and outside the classroom. You will work closely with the SENDCo and actively support the SEND provision to deliver the planned curriculum and assist in the implementation of IEPS, EHCPs and other strategy plans.
The ability to liaise with and involve parents in their child's education is essential. It is important that the successful candidate will have good inter-personal skills , be willing to work as part of a team and fully committed to our extra-curricular programme.
