Part-Time Library Assistant –Cirencester Library – 29 hours per week
Week 1: Monday 11.00-5.00, Tuesday 10.00-5.00 , Wednesday OFF, Thursday 9.00-5.00, Friday 1.00-7.00,
and Saturday 9.00- 4.00
Week 2: Monday 9.00-5.00, Tuesday 9.00-7.00, Wednesday 9.00-1.00, Thursday 9.00-5.00, Friday OFF,
and Saturday OFF

About The Role
Are you passionate about providing a service to the local community that can inspire, entertain, challenge, support and educate? Do you want to learn what it takes to work for a local authority library service, in a small but vibrant and dynamic local library?
We are seeking a Library Assistant with great customer service skills to join the team at Cirencester Library.
We work on a two week rota. The hours of work for this role will be:
About You
You should have an understanding of what libraries mean to communities and the desire to help support our vision for the future of Gloucestershire library services. You must be confident with IT to be able to navigate our computer systems as well as offer support to our customers accessing digital services and making use of the library PC's. We are looking for applicants who would enjoy facilitating vibrant Baby Bounce and Rhyme Sessions, Lego Club, Family Saturday Clubs and more.
