The Company & Opportunity
Our client is a fast growth entrepreneurial professional services practice based in Exeter that is looking to develop and expand a Conveyancing Department. The company has a strategic requirement to recruit a suitably experienced Head of Conveyancing to take this part of the business forwards. Overseeing a small but experienced team, the Conveyancer will be joining a company with an abundance of national clients, an organisation with a particularly positive culture and one in which there is a fantastic opportunity to develop the role in a way that you see fit.
Experience & Traits Needed
To be suitable for this role candidates will:
Have a notable level of conveyancing experience and technical knowledge, ideally having worked on a mix of residential and commercial portfolios over the years
Have experience in line management or certainly an interest to recruit and oversee a team
Possess excellent communication and IT skills
Be progressive, positive, outgoing and ambitious
Be excellent communicators with clients and colleagues
