Production Manager - The Role
It’s all about the people, that’s right the core of the role will be leading, coaching, developing a great team.
Lot’s of amazing individuals here & you’ll be fostering these people to get to their next levels in their career.
Team set up of operators, team leaders & supervisor – headcount circa 80 people.
The plant is highly automated, hence the need for an ability to understand the engineering/plant & engage people & processes on this front also.
The site & business hold a firm plan for expansion & growth, looking to generate an additional 13m in sales as a result over the next 3 years.
You'll oversee Production for the site through your direct reports. Increasing communication, embedding values, leading new training programs and overall improvements on this site.
