Got a flair for the complex? We’re hunting for an FP&A Analyst to join our Shared Business Service finance team to support our Matrix Leaders.

You will take a pro-active approach to shape and develop this newly created role and its’ associated responsibilities, i.e., by identifying efficiencies and improvements in existing operations.
This is a full-time permanent role, combining office and home working. You’ll be expected to be in the office at least 2 -3 days per week.

Key duties
- Preparation and control of monthly management accounts
- Presentation of financial analysis and monthly financial commentary to Leadership teams
- Hold regular finance review meetings, acting as a business partner to provide guidance and challenge to Matrix Leaders
- Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Presentation of financial analysis and monthly financial commentary to Matrix Leaders
- Creation of meaningful KPI’s
- Own recharging mechanism for allocation of global costs.
- Track investment spend within each area with associated ROI
- Compilation of any ad hoc reports, presentations, and information requests
- Liaison with other Group and Regional finance teams.
Your skills and experience
- Qualified ACA/ACCA (or part qualified working towards qualification)
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy, with ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets
- Excellent oral and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with management accounts and budget and forecasting is desirable
- Experience of professional services or engineering/construction industry would be an advantage.
