Help manage the day-to-day marketing operations, by supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in their daily activities.
Maintain the company website and social profiles, ensuring content is up to date and new content is added.
Create insightful, original and shareable written content appropriate for specific audiences and channels, to increase brand awareness.
Work closely with our graphic designer to create on-brand collateral.
Update the company CRM system (Hubspot).
Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement materials to support the sales team with prospecting, new business pitches and presentations.
Educate our existing customers about our products/services and their benefits through customer newsletters, customer-focused content, social media monitoring, and more.
Creation of email marketing campaigns including mailer creation and data segmentation.
REQUIRED
Previous experience in a marketing based role.
A good understanding of the basics of online and offline marketing.
Strong content writing skills.
Knowledge of online applications such as Google analytics, CRM systems and CMS systems would be beneficial.
Excellent organisational and time management skills to work independently and support projects with moving parts.
Proficiency in using Hubspot or related CRM and marketing automation system.
Confident and charismatic – able to engage a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
