Job description

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a rapidly growing start up based at Milton Park (Didcot) to recruit a Financial Controller . The Financial Controller will receive a salary up to £70,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote workings and share options .

This is a newly created position due to growth and the organisation operates in the agrochemical and agricultural technology industry.

Primary responsibilities -

• Preparation of full financial statements
• Day to day management accounts preparation
• IFRS Reporting
• Preparation of budgets, medium forecasts and maintaining the corporate valuation model
• Project management
• Managing consolidations
• Day to day running on the internal finance function
• Recruitment as the finance function grows

Key experience and attributes -

• Qualified Accountant with 3 years PQE
• Experienced in the preparation of full financial statements for a listed company to IFRS
• Strong excel skills
• Progressive and dynamic individual
• Driven and ambitious
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident presenting and communicating with key stakeholders
