Job description
This is a senior position where you will manage your own caseload of commercial property matters and lead a team. We are seeking someone who is commercial, able to identify opportunities and provide high quality services to high valued clients.
You will demonstrate a wealth of experience in selling real estate for business, your clients and will also be building their commercial property portfolios and considering investments and linking these to pensions and retirement options. The position will incorporate all aspects of commercial property acquisition and disposal, as well as contract negotiations and planning agreements. You will be commercially minded with good business acumen as you will also be involved with business development and being visible within the industry and raising both your own and the firm's profile.
Communication skills are highly important, as we are seeking someone who is engaging and enjoys building relationships with clients, getting to understand their business in-depth and working to achieve smooth transactions, in a timely manner and transparent costs.
