Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a nationwide leading FM business, you'll be taking lead on all commercial activities on state-of-the-art, prestigious facilities.

On offer is the chance to work for a large and successful business where you'll lead commercial, costing and tendering decisions large scale facilities projects.

With over 20 locations across the UK, this well-established business have amassed a successful reputation for delivering excellence within building management, FM and civil engineering. They are seeking an additional Quantity Surveyor in Swansea to cover a prestigious, state-of-the-art facility.

In this role you'll be taking lead on all commercial activities, dealing with the submission of quotations for works projects, quantifying site measures, evaluating sub-contractor applications and the overall management of submissions on Hard FM maintenance contracts.

THE ROLE:
*Leading all commercial activities for a prestigious client in Swansea
*Submission of quotations for minor works projects
*Quantifying site measures for larger projects

THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying position
*Certification/Degree in Building Services of Quantity Surveying preferred
*Ideally worked on Hard FM maintenance contracts
*NEC 3/4 experience
*Full Drivers License
