Senior Business Analyst // Insurance // Target Operating Model // Organisational Design
A Global Insurer has a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst to their London based team for a multi-year programme creating a new global operations system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the workstream lead and regional leads in delivering against plan
- Planning and facilitating workshops and driving tasks to completion
- Managing large data sets and producing MI and reports
Key Skills:
- Insurance industry experience
- Experience working on Operating Models, Org Design & Communications
- Consultancy background preferred
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational, and personal negotiation skills
- Capacity to conceptualise as well as operationalise business strategies
- Ability to efficiently interact with company senior leaders
