Full time, Permanent

Salary : £24,000 to 30,000 per annum + annual company bonus scheme

Working : 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location : Home based with a minimum of 2 days per week Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire (RG41)

We are looking for someone that is passionate about data and enjoys using insight to create business solutions to join our team at Powerforce as a Data Analyst. You will need to have a positive mindset and have a can-do attitude. Tell us how something can be done, not why it can’t be done! This is a great opportunity for someone just starting out on their Data & Insight career.

As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for :

• Supporting the Account Management team across multiple global food, drink, and technology customers
• Delivering accurate reporting, as per agreed customer schedule through Excel and templated Power BI scorecards
• Liaising with internal and external contacts on ways to improve the field sales team’s performance
• Using internal and third-party data sources to provide analysis on customer performance
• Developing review processes to ensure data integrity is maintained
• Questionnaire creation and refinement
• ROI modelling and monitoring
• Call file analysis

You will have:

• Advanced in MS Office
• Power BI experience preferred, not essential
• Strong mathematical and numerical skills
• Detail oriented, an inquisitive mindset with solid problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
