Job description

Our client as an exciting opportunity and looks for a Facilities Manager to Join their team. Working in a fast-paced industry where your development matters and you will be supported with personal and professional qualifications to help you grow. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring all facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health & safety standards. Managing the facilities helpdesk, ensuring all requests are dealt with in a timely manner and with effective stakeholder communication in relation to the status of work. Completion of assigned building and wider facility checks, with the appropriate escalation made to the line manager in relation to any non-standard issues. Maintaining the building security, including key system and access rights. Completion of office moves, including the production of floor plans, adhering to health & safety guidance. Act as head fire marshal for the Fort Anne building. Project management and support with annual forecasting and budgets. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in facilities management is essential. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office suite.
