Recruitment Resourcer Education - Reading
Candidate Resourcer / Recruitment Resourcer - Education - to join our branch in Reading
£24k to £27k depending on experience plus uncapped commission
We are one of the leading education recruitment consultancies in the UK, with over 100 recruitment consultants across 20 offices in UK. Our Education Recruitment Consultants provide teachers, teaching assistants and school support staff to over a thousand Primary and Secondary schools every day, for both short and long term assignments.
Our Reading office currently has an opportunity for a recruitment resourcer to support our team of consultants.
We will train you to find, register and interview candidates in the area, ready to be placed into work with our clients.
The Role:
* Working with Primary, Secondary and SEN teachers and teaching assistants across Reading and the surrounding area
* Advertising positions, interviewing candidates and undertaking compliance duties
* Financial incentives including commission
* Full training provided
* Based in friendly and sociable office
About you:
* Ideally but not essential, you will be from an admin or HR background
* Dedicated to excellent customer service
* Driven and motivated to succeed
* Friendly and engaging personality
