TOCA Social is the world's first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist, and it’s changing the game!
We launched our first venue at The O2, London in 2021 and have confirmed our next UK opening in Birmingham! We aim to have 30 venues within the UK in the next ten years, in parallel to overseas expansion (US, Mexico, Europe and beyond).
Our Birmingham venue will offer our guests the best experience including:

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- A punctual and reliable individual with a great attitude and work ethic! If you can bring this, we’ll help with the rest.
- A quick learner with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Passionate about delivering top quality experiences
- A willingness and desire to make people happy and deliver genuine and memorable experiences
- Someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in (and help out other departments and teammates!)
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
The dynamic Hospitality Champion role will mean no 2 days at TOCA Social are the same! You will be responsible for bringing multiple elements of the guest journey together to deliver awesome experiences!
With your can-do attitude, we’ll give you the tools and training so before you know it, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting & supporting guests through their journey and creating a best in class experience!
- Taking guest orders, delivering food and drink to boxes and providing guest check backs
- Completing the perfect box demo and delivering steps of service to ensure guests enjoy their fixture
- Handling guest enquiries and bookings in person and via phone
- Assisting walk in bookings and upselling products where possible
- Managing our cloakroom and shoe area as needed
- Explaining our F&B offering and providing menu recommendations to guests
- An eye for opportunity to exceed guests expectations in a positive manner and surprise and delight
- Ensuring guest facing area(s) are clean, presentable, clear and ready for guests
- Assisting all guests’ transactions in an efficient & timely manner and being accountable for all transactions processed
- Minimising disruption(s) to guest experience by providing clear and concise communication to your fellow teammates to ensure all items/stock are replenished and available for guest use
- Supporting the kitchen and bar teams whether it’s preparing food, or making a cocktail, you’ll be a ‘jack of all trades!’
- Following our health & safety and allergy procedures
- Providing basic tech troubleshooting
- Flexibility to cover a range of duties in line with wider business needs as and when required
