You will be working for Hays Social Care. We are a company that works with you to find you the right position that aligns with your experience, location and passions. Our client is a local provider of residential children's care in Norfolk with an impressive reputation for providing children-centred care.
Your new role
As a waking night support worker in the intensive service, you will be supporting a young person who has experienced extreme trauma in this 1-bed service.
The shifts follow a 4 on, 4 off pattern and are 10 hours in length.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have some experience of supporting children in residential settings and a valid driving licence.
