The Finance Administrator will support the Finance team based in Manchester. The successful candidate will apply their financial expertise to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Finance Administrator will include:

Supporting the finance team in managing, processing various accounts and transactions.
Assisting with budget monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
Managing day-to-day transactions and updating financial records.
Complying with all accounting and financial regulations.
Conducting internal audits and assisting with external audits.
Collaborating with other departments to gather and analyse financial data.
Improving and maintaining administrative processes.
Performing other duties as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

Previous experience in an Accounts role
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
