Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a butcher, preferably with expertise in sheepskin salting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be eligible to work in the UK

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience using knife skills Experience salting sheepskins Experience in a slaughter/farm environment
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).

Further Information

Salary: £500 gross weekly (depending experience). Departure every Monday afternoon for on-site work. Accommodation provided in a hotel on Monday and Tuesday nights. Return home on Wednesday evening upon completion of work. Travel expenses and accommodation covered by the company.
