Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Customer Service Executiveto work in their leading facility in Ellesmere.

For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering;

i. £24,075 Per Year
ii. Monday - Thursday (onsite) 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday 08:00 to 14:30 
iii. A permanent position
iv. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
v. Long Service Award Scheme
vi. Pension

The Role of the Customer Service Executive;

i. Process all UK & Export orders received by telephone, and e-mail in accordance with SWI’s and Service Level agreements
ii. To deal efficiently with any problems with orders, shipments or pricing queries raised by Customers.
iii. Communicate with Customers/Subsidiaries on a regular basis to advise them of outstanding orders, changes to orders or delivery dates or any other amendment which may occur.
iv. To continually look to improve internal processes to increase accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness to the Customer Service Department as a whole.
v.  To ensure that all daily, weekly, or monthly procedures are followed using the system efficiently with the use of SWI’s.

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive

i. Knowledge of all business units and their customer service requirements 
ii. Strong Customer Service skills and experience -ESSENTIAL
iii. Ability to build good working relationships with both internal and external Customers both UK based and rest of world
iv. Inport/Export experience - ESSENTIAL
v. A Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word and Excel - ESSENTIAL
