Mental Health Nurse- RMN/RNLD
Ayr
Up to £37,000 plus welcome bonus
37.5 hours per week
Are you an experienced RMN or RNLD looking for a new managerial role within a specialist setting in Ayr?
My client is a specialist & highly rated & new Mental Health clinic, located in the coastal hot spot of Ayr/.
Offering care for a variety of mental challenges & is owned by a highly rated provider. This particular role is a full time nursing role as a staff nurse, supporting the Deputy & ward manager in ensuring the highest levels of care are provided at all times, alongside general nursing dutires.
As the successful nurse you will work 37.5 hours per week covering a shift pattern of 7:30am - 8:00pm or 7:30pm - 8:00am, there are nights or days or both available.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• RMN or RNLD Qualified with an active PIN
• Experience in a mental health setting
• Proven leadership, team building and motivational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Up to date knowledge of the Mental Health Legislation.
